Requirements and Responsibilities
Assists in the implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization's talent pool. Helps management evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies. May suggest aligning talent to training or development programs to ensure organizational goals are met. Requires a bachelor's/master's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
