Requirements and Responsibilities
Directs the overall human resources function of the division. Designs, plans, and implements human resources programs and policies, including staffing, compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs for a region within an organization. Ensures division's compliance with current, applicable labor laws. May lead the work of Human Resources Business Partners. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an Executive. Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function.
