Field Service Supervisor II

Requirements and Responsibilities
Oversees field service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair. Schedules and trains field service representatives. Responsibilities also include maintaining offices and facilities including ensuring inventory is fully stocked. A level II supervisor has authority for personnel actions and oversees most day to day operations of group. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
