Field Service Engineer I

Requirements and Responsibilities
Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains products/equipment. Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed. Answer basic customer questions about product features. May provide some customer training. Has basic knowledge of the organization's products and services. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.
