VP of Product/Brand Marketing

Requirements and Responsibilities
Leads, plans, and directs all aspects of the implementation of marketing activities to maximize sales of a brand. Reviews internal metrics to understand market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field and develop an effective marketing strategy. Designs product and brand initiatives to align with greater organizational strategy and direction. Researches target customers and identifies effective marketing channels to promote products or brand. Reviews and approves project schedules and required resources to ensure marketing campaigns are within budget and executed on time. Develops the policies and procedures utilized in the design and implementation of marketing activities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function.
