Requirements and Responsibilities |
Leads, plans, and directs all aspects of product life cycle management including understanding market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field. Ensures product and brand practices and initiatives align with greater organizational strategy and direction. Responsible for overseeing the management of the strategic product roadmap, product development, product launch, and product marketing in order to gain maximum benefit from each product. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. |
