Requirements and Responsibilities |
Provides economic data, prepares interpretative reports, and provides leadership for the company's use of economic data and adaptation of economic models. Communicates the results of economic studies to the stakeholders and sets guidelines for corporate economic strategies. Understands the macro and micro economic environment and its impact on the industry. Typically requires a PhD in a field of specialty. Typically reports to top management. Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. Typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. |
