Requirements and Responsibilities
Processes and analyzes employee information by using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Designs, implements, and analyzes reports to determine the overall trends of the organization. Ensures systems integration and upgrades by collaborating and communicating with other colleagues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to Manager. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience.
