Requirements and Responsibilities
Evaluates, analyzes, designs and maintains company Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Researches and analyzes statistical summaries and reports. Identifies new HR needs and makes alterations to existing programs to fulfill those needs. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Manager. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience.
