| Requirements and Responsibilities |
| Designs and develops water and wastewater systems to address water resource management, wastewater treatment, and stormwater management while ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance. Designs water supply, wastewater treatment, and stormwater management systems and infrastructure. Prepares engineering plans, specifications, calculations, and technical reports. Ensures designs and projects comply with regulatory and environmental requirements. Provides field support and oversight during construction and system operations. Conducts site investigations, inspections, and assessments to support project work. Coordinates with regulatory agencies and stakeholders on permitting and compliance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience. |
