Requirements and Responsibilities
Plans and leads all aspects of an organization's business operations strategy function. Oversees the department responsible for recommending strategies to optimize business operations in alignment with organizational objectives. Responsible for defining processes, establishing best practices, and driving initiatives. Utilizes data-driven methodologies to analyze business performance metrics and process improvement initiatives effectively. Creates reports and tools to communicate strategic plans and concepts to leadership. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function.
