Requirements and Responsibilities |
Plans and leads all aspects of an organization's business operations strategy function. Oversees the department responsible for recommending strategies to optimize business operations in alignment with organizational objectives. Responsible for defining processes, establishing best practices, and driving initiatives. Utilizes data-driven methodologies to analyze business performance metrics and process improvement initiatives effectively. Creates reports and tools to communicate strategic plans and concepts to leadership. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Has acquired the business acumen and leadership experience to become a top function or division head. |
