Retail Loss Prevention Senior Manager

Requirements and Responsibilities
Oversees a team of loss prevention staff that is responsible for safeguarding company assets from losses due to theft or fraud. Develops loss prevention and security policies and procedures. Creates and implements accounting and operational processes to reduce risk and losses. Directs investigations and the implementation of loss prevention programs. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
