Product/Brand Management Director

Requirements and Responsibilities
Directs and oversees all aspects of a product's lifecycle to ensure profitability and increase brand presence and awareness. Develops and executes product initiatives to align with greater organizational strategy and direction. Designs product roadmap to detail technical requirements, features, and timelines throughout its lifecycle. Defines performance metrics to measure and assess the success of a product. Understands market trends, customer behavior, and new technologies to improve existing products or identify potential new offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. Manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
