Requirements and Responsibilities
Answers call inquiries regarding the company product and service information by following standard scripts and procedures. Researches and resolves complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Tracks the questions and answers in the contact center system as well as updates or checks the order status. Typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
