Customer Service Representative II

Requirements and Responsibilities
Responds to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution. Resolves mostly routine and some non-routine, more complex problems and communicates solutions or requested information to the customer. Analyzes a customer's service needs and refers to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed. May utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a customer service manager. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience, or may need 0 years of experience with additional specialized training and/or certification.
