Requirements and Responsibilities
Assists in the analysis, design, and administration of employer compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, and performance management programs. Evaluates jobs, determines pay grades, participates in compensation surveys, and performs associated analysis. Ensures that requests for pay adjustments comply with current compensation policy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to manager. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.
