Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Assistant

Requirements and Responsibilities
Assists with monitoring inbound call traffic to ensure efficient distribution of calls to representatives. Coordinates with other teams when overflow occurs, and inbound traffic must be redirected. Assists with monitoring, balancing, and redirecting inbound traffic in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Generates and provides call volume reports to leadership. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
