| Requirements and Responsibilities |
| Develops strategies to improve the number of followers, engagement, and brand recognition across social media platforms. Researches target audiences and collaborates with the marketing/social media team to develop effective strategies. Innovates ways to engage online influencers to drive brand awareness. Tracks performance of various social media initiatives and develops/implements changes to improve business results. Identifies new social media trends that can benefit the organization. Creates reports and presentations to communicate findings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
