Requirements and Responsibilities
Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms to grow an audience and build brand awareness. Designs and drives high-quality social media content and campaigns that consistently align with established strategies and branding. Conducts market research to identify social media best practices, trends, and insights. Builds and executes a social media strategy through competitor research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. Tracks and analyzes metrics to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
