Shopper Marketing Specialist II

Requirements and Responsibilities
Develops tailored marketing strategies to increase the sales of products in retail stores and at other points of sale. Researches customer behavior and attitudes related to product pricing, placement and promotions and leverages insights to enhance product visibility, encourage product purchases, and promote brand loyalty. Provides input for the design of product packaging and in-store displays and develops strategies for product advertising and promotions. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
