Real Estate Representative I

Requirements and Responsibilities
Supports an organization's real estate operations and activities to facilitate the buying, selling, or leasing of properties. Provides research and assistance for location planning, building or land acquisition, leasing, and disposition. Prepares transaction paperwork and documentation accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulatory standards and requirements. Maintains status reports for property negotiations, renewals, and leases to keep management updated and inform decision-making. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.
