| Requirements and Responsibilities |
| Processes loan applications by verifying borrower information and ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation before approval. Reviews loan files to confirm income, credit history, asset documentation, and collateral details in accordance with lending guidelines and regulatory standards. Communicates with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to obtain missing documentation and clarify application details. Prepares loan packages for underwriting review and ensures all required documents are properly organized and submitted. Maintains accurate records in loan processing systems and monitors application status to ensure timely progression through the approval process. Tracks and monitors due dates and responds to borrower inquiries. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. |
