Field Service Engineer IV

Requirements and Responsibilities
Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains products/equipment. Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, install new components or parts. Develops creative solutions to more unique, chronic, or complex issues. Researches and answers difficult customer questions about product features and recommend appropriate upgrades. Performs start up testing and customer training on features and general maintenance of product. May mentor less experienced engineers and verify work. Has deep knowledge of the organization's products and services. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience.
