Calibration Technician III

Requirements and Responsibilities
Assembles, calibrates and maintains various instruments and equipment that measure heat, light, voltage, amperage, weight, vacuum, magnetic resistance, etc. Carries out reliability and performance tests on equipment and makes adjustments required to adhere to government, industry, and organizational standards. Typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience.
