Requirements and Responsibilities |
Researches, analyzes, evaluates, and administers corporate benefit plans and programs to meet the organization's strategy. Monitors industry and employment trends and analyzes the legislated requirements to estimate impact. Provides reports to management regarding employee benefits data findings. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a Manager. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. |
