Requirements and Responsibilities |
Researches, analyzes, evaluates, and administers corporate benefit plans and programs. Monitors benefit trends in the business environment while staying abreast of applicable benefits legislation. Determines impact of new policies or provisions. Provides suggestions for improvement of benefit plans. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience. |
