PC Maintenance Technician I

Requirements and Responsibilities
Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Resolves internal user problems and ensures correct operation of personal computers. Maintains parts inventory and logs all service/repair activity. May perform system setups for new hires. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or supervisor. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.
