Requirements and Responsibilities
Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software problems pertaining to LAN. Recommends and schedules repairs. Provides end users support for all LAN- based applications. Installs and configures workstations. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.
