Lead Generation Analyst II

Requirements and Responsibilities
Researches, screens, and validates sales leads for an organization's products or services. Utilizes direct and indirect outreach resources to develop a pipeline of quality sales leads and opportunities. Contacts target leads to assess and understand needs, gather and verify information, and gauge sales opportunities. Updates and maintains Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure information is organized, accurate, and accessible for future needs. Documents customer conversations, feedback, and other pertinent information to drive and support the sales process. May coordinate or participate in tradeshows or promotional events to increase outreach and develop leads. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
