| Requirements and Responsibilities |
| Supervises field service support for customers on equipment problems. Coordinates the removal, installation, repair, disassembly, assembly, and troubleshooting of all equipment including engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, transmissions, power train, brakes, steering, and electronic and computer applications, and performs the work as needed. Ensures customers learn to run and care for their equipment, job records stay current, and repeat breakdowns reach engineering for review. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. |
