Demand Analyst I

Requirements and Responsibilities
Develops demand forecasts to support operational planning, inventory management, and business decision-making. Analyzes inventory levels, sales data, production metrics, and product demand trends to determine the amount of finished product to be produced. Identifies, evaluates, and determines the best metrics to provide accurate and responsive forecasting models and tools. Collaborates with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to incorporate promotional activity, seasonality, and market intelligence into forecasts. Monitors forecast performance and forecast bias to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions. Prepares forecast reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.
