Requirements and Responsibilities |
Provides leadership, innovation, and oversight for an organization's comprehensive market access strategies. Creates, directs, and establishes the overall policies and goals of the department. Oversees the design, development, and implementation of an integrated marketing strategy to deliver a strong product value proposition with the end user in mind. Collaborates frequently with cross-functional partners to drive initiatives and advocate for policies that ensure the attainment of market access business objectives. Monitors and keeps abreast of trends in reimbursement and health policy that affect the organizations' products and the markets in which they compete. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. |
