Requirements and Responsibilities |
Plans and oversees business development activities to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnership alliances with other organizations or vendors. Evaluates and improves processes and frameworks to research and develop strategic partnership alliances that drive mutual business goals, gain efficiencies, expand market reach, or enhance the company's product or service offerings. Leads negotiations and defines service levels and terms of new partnership agreements. Collaborates with partner stakeholders to develop strategic plans and initiatives to maximize partnership benefits. Participates in high-level strategic planning to establish goals, coordinate resources, and define schedules or timelines for initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. |
