| Requirements and Responsibilities |
| Leads and manages a team that develops and implements sales enablement strategies and initiatives. Reviews and approves the content, training, coaching, processes, and tools provided to the sales team. Oversees the analysis and assessment of sales performance. Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the effectiveness of the sales enablement initiatives. Utilizes data and feedback collected from the field to identify areas where improvements can be made and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborates with other departments to ensure alignment in messaging and customer experience. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. |
