Requirements and Responsibilities
Provides technical support for network design activities. Reviews, analyzes, and maintains an organization's telecommunications system. Assists in designing and developing telecommunications system. Provides customer training of the telecommunications features and functionality. May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in solution or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Typically requires 10+ years of related experience.
