| Requirements and Responsibilities |
| Analyzes telecommunications networks and systems to identify opportunities for performance improvement, capacity optimization, and cost reduction. Analyzes network performance data, traffic patterns, and usage trends to identify improvement opportunities. Evaluates telecommunications systems and recommends enhancements to capacity, reliability, and efficiency. Prepares reports and technical documentation to support planning and decision-making. Assesses new technologies, vendors, and solutions against organizational requirements. Collaborates with engineering and operations teams to implement recommended improvements. Monitors service costs and usage to identify savings and optimization opportunities. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
