Requirements and Responsibilities
Responsible for recruiting, screening and interviewing of potential employees. Works with a variety of sources both external and internal sources to find the best candidates for open positions. Works with hiring managers to determine the required skills and experience for the position. Prepares job offers, assists in compensation negotiations and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. May guide lower-level recruiters. Requires a bachelor's degree of human resources. Typically reports to a manager or director. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience.
