Recruiter II

Requirements and Responsibilities
Recruits potential employees via recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sources. Contacts with candidates and confirms interview schedules. Checks candidates work history, competency and other qualifications. Makes offers and conducts orientation for new employees. Assists in developing interview questions with hiring manager. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. Requires an associate degree in human resources. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
