Requirements and Responsibilities |
Coordinates and maintains communication between an organization and financial stakeholders. Acts as the point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communications that enhance the company's reputation and promote investor confidence. Maintains investor portals and platforms to distribute notices, reports, and other shareholder documents. Assists with the preparation of shareholder documents and materials for quarterly reporting, investor meetings, and conferences. Ensures investor communications and reporting comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Typically requires 10+ years of related experience. |
