Billing Analyst I

Requirements and Responsibilities
Assists with the design and implementation of billing processes that ensure timely and accurate billing of customers. Ensures that invoices accurately reflect terms and conditions agreed to by the organization and comply with governmental rules and regulations. Investigates and resolves billing discrepancies and errors. Recommends improvements to billing process. May monitor customer accounts for timely payments and provide reports to management on overdue accounts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or supervisor. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.
