Requirements and Responsibilities
Designs and develops employee learning programs in align with organization goal and training needs. Consults with subject matter experts to provide course content and training curriculum. Tracks employee performance and measures training outcomes. Conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training methods accordingly. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
