Terminal Operations Specialist I assists in the operations of a storage/distribution terminal (bulk, package, or both) associated with a plant. Performs loading, unloading, and monitoring activities. Being a Terminal Operations Specialist I maintains terminal property and equipment. Complies with all required safety policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure secure and safe operations. Additionally, Terminal Operations Specialist I prepares records and reports related to shipments and inventory. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor and/or manager. The Terminal Operations Specialist I works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.
