Partnership Business Development Senior Associate conducts business development activities to identify, develop, and administer strategic partnerships with other organizations to realize key objectives, gain operational efficiencies, address unmet market needs, and create new customers and markets. Researches business opportunities, supports due diligence activities, and implements plans and strategies for new alliances. Being a Partnership Business Development Senior Associate assists with negotiations and the development and preparation of formal agreements with new partners. Coordinates partnership activities with stakeholders across the organization. Additionally, Partnership Business Development Senior Associate collects data and prepares analysis of partnership performance, sales, and other results. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Partnership Business Development Senior Associate work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. To be a Partnership Business Development Senior Associate typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.
