Partnership Business Development Associate conducts business development activities to identify, develop, and administer strategic partnerships with other organizations to realize key objectives, gain operational efficiencies, address unmet market needs, and create new customers and markets. Researches business opportunities, supports due diligence activities, and implements plans and strategies for new alliances. Being a Partnership Business Development Associate assists with negotiations and the development and preparation of formal agreements with new partners. Coordinates partnership activities with stakeholders across the organization. Additionally, Partnership Business Development Associate collects data and prepares analysis of partnership performance, sales, and other results. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Partnership Business Development Associate occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Partnership Business Development Associate typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience.
