Requirements and Responsibilities

Merchant Card Customer Service Representative provides merchant bank card services to existing and new clients and acts as contact point for all merchant inquires. Responds to questions, researches and troubleshoots issues, processes billing and adjustment transactions. Being a Merchant Card Customer Service Representative assists with the set up and maintenance of services and processing systems including supplies and advertising collateral. Communicates new service offerings or changes to the clients. Additionally, Merchant Card Customer Service Representative may require a bachelor's degree.
