Requirements and Responsibilities

HR Business Partners Team Leader oversees human resources consultation and support to designated business units. Uses working knowledge of the role and business to support, guide, and develop human resources business partners. Being an HR Business Partners Team Leader leads the analysis of trends and development of workforce plans to resolve issues and make a positive impact on business results. Helps coordinate the implementation of initiatives, communication, and events between human resources, human resources business partners, and managers. Additionally, HR Business Partners Team Leader typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Business Partners Team Leader supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an HR Business Partners Team Leader typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.
