Develops diversity training curriculum and monitors changes in governmental laws and regulation to ensure that training stays current. Being a Diversity Trainer designs and tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce. May be responsible for working with outside vendors to deliver training. Additionally, Diversity Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
