Commercial Real Estate Lending Assistant Manager oversees associates soliciting and servicing a variety of real estate commercial loans. Leads a team of commercial real estate loan officers working with highly complex loans such as investments, development, and construction. Being a Commercial Real Estate Lending Assistant Manager ensures loan requests are analyzed and evaluated properly. Reviews loan requests after credit and appraisal evaluation, and offers recommendations. Additionally, Commercial Real Estate Lending Assistant Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Commercial Real Estate Lending Assistant Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Commercial Real Estate Lending Assistant Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.
