| Designs, develops, supports, and maintains the organization's systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software. Makes updates to system related installation documentation. Performs end-user support. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
